NHF-300B is a titania (rutile) type hardfacing welding electrode designed for rebuilding and protecting steel components subjected to intermetallic abrasion and moderate impact wear. It produces a weld deposit with a sorbitic microstructure, providing an excellent balance of hardness, toughness, and wear resistance. The electrode offers stable arc characteristics, good usability, and reliable hardfacing performance for maintenance and repair applications.
Key Features:
• Type: Titania-coated hardfacing electrode
• Classification: JIS DF2A-350-R
• Deposit Structure: Sorbite microstructure providing a balance of hardness and toughness
• Hardness: Approximately 25–30 HRC (255–285 HV) on the first layer
• Wear Resistance: Suitable for metal-to-metal (intermetallic) abrasion and moderate impact abrasion
• Machinability: Weld deposits can be machined, making it suitable for components that require finishing to precise dimensions after hardfacing.
