Return Policy

Effective: August 6, 2026

At Devcophil Industrial Sales, Inc. ("Devcophil"), customer satisfaction is our priority.  We are committed to supplying products that are free from defects in materials, workmanship and manufacturing.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return eligible products within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of acceptance, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below:

Return Eligibility

  1. Request for Return Authorization

    Contact your assigned Devcophil Sales Representative or Account Executive by email, stating the reason for the return.  All returns require prior written authorization from Devcophil before any product is shipped back.  Devcophil will review your request and respond by email within three (3) working days.

  2. Product Condition

    Returned products must be:
    •    In their original packaging;
    •    Unopened and unused;
    •    Clean and free from damage;
    •    Complete with all accessories, manuals, and documentation (if applicable); and
    •    In resalable condition.

  3. Return Period

    Products must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the products were accepted by the customer.

  4. Required Documents

    All returns must be accompanied by:
    •    Original Sales Invoice; and
    •    Original Delivery Receipt issued by Devcophil.

  5. Shipping Address

    Clearly label the shipment and send the returned product to:

Return Charges

For returns not resulting from a product defect covered by warranty, the customer shall be responsible for all applicable costs, including but not limited to:

  • Return shipping or freight charges;
  • Insurance;
  • Handling or processing fees; and
  • Any other related expenses.

All transportation charges must be prepaid by the customer unless otherwise approved in writing by Devcophil.

Replacement, Credit or Refund

Upon inspection and approval of the returned products, Devcophil may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product;
  • Issue a credit to the customer’s account; or
  • Process a refund in accordance with Devcophil’s applicable policies.

The chosen remedy will depend on the condition of the returned product, warranty coverage, product availability and the circumstances of the return.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return unless they are defective and covered by the applicable warranty:

  • Consumable products;
  • Non-Standard Products;
  • Custom-Fabricated Products;
  • Specially Manufactured Products;
  • Calibrated Products;
  • Products marked Non-Cancellable (NC);
  • Products marked Non-Returnable (NR); and
  • Any other products specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of sale.

Risk of Loss During Return Shipment

Customers are responsible for the return of products to Devcophil.  Devcophil assumes no responsibility for any loss, shortage, or damage occurring during transit from the customer to Devcophil.  Customers are encouraged to use a reputable carrier and obtain shipment tracking and insurance where appropriate.
