The RIDGID B-500 Transportable Pipe Beveller, Cat. No. 49303, is a portable, electrically powered pipe-bevelling machine designed to produce accurate, consistent and machined-quality bevels on pipe and flat plate. The machine mounts quickly to pipe 4 inches and larger with wall thicknesses from 0.188" to 0.50" and can produce a bevel in a single pass without flames, grinding sparks or excessive heat. Six replaceable cutting inserts work simultaneously to produce a smooth, uniform bevel suitable for welding preparation.

The B-500 is particularly suitable for field fabrication, pipe welding, maintenance, construction, oil & gas, mechanical contracting and industrial pipe preparation. Its adjustable land width allows the operator to select the required root face for different welding applications.

The RIDGID Cat. No. 48873 is a replacement cutter-insert kit for the B-500 Transportable Pipe Beveller. The inserts are designed to replace worn or damaged cutting edges and help maintain the B-500's consistent beveling performance.
