The RIDGID® Model 258 Power Pipe Cutter is a heavy-duty, hydraulic-assisted pipe-cutting machine designed for fast, square cutting of 2½" to 8" (65–200 mm) steel pipe.

It uses a large-diameter cutter wheel and a displacement-cutting method, meaning the cutter displaces the pipe material rather than grinding or removing it.

This produces a square cut with minimal burr and eliminates abrasive dust, sparks and open flame.
