RIDGID NPT Nipple Chuck
The RIDGID Model 819 NPT Nipple Chuck, Cat. No. 51005, is a heavy-duty pipe-threading accessory designed to securely hold short or close nipples while threading. It allows pipe nipples to be positioned and supported close to the threading machine, making it particularly useful where a conventional chuck cannot adequately grip a short workpiece.
The nipple chuck has a 2-inch body, eliminating the need for a separate adapter for 2-inch pipe. The standard kit includes interchangeable adapters for common pipe sizes from ½" through 1½", together with the nipple chuck insert and dedicated wrench. Additional adapters are available for smaller pipe sizes.
It is designed for use with RIDGID threading equipment including the Model 300 Power Drive, Model 300 Compact, Model 535, Model 1822 with the appropriate adapter kit, and Model 1224 Threading Machine.
