• Single-layer polyester jacket construction

• Lightweight and easy to handle

Limitation
• Less abrasion resistance and durability than a double-jacket fire hose because it has only one protective outer layer. Double-jacket hoses are generally preferred for heavy-duty municipal firefighting where hoses are dragged over rough surfaces frequently.
