The RIDGID® Exposed Ratchet Threader Set, Cat. No. 36475, is a heavy-duty manual pipe-threading set designed for producing accurate NPT threads on 1/2" to 2" pipe. It uses the proven Model 12-R exposed ratchet system with individual die heads for each pipe size, allowing the operator to thread pipe manually in installation, maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, and industrial applications.
The set includes six 12-R die heads, a ratchet assembly, ratchet handle, and alloy dies. The die heads are designed for dependable cutting performance and are also compatible with many RIDGID powered threaders that accept 12-R dies. The exposed ratchet configuration is particularly useful where portability and manual operation are preferred.
