The Techmaflex H CRIMP 137 is a compact and robust portable hydraulic hose crimping machine designed for field service, maintenance, and mobile hydraulic hose assembly applications. Its narrow crimping head and large opening provide convenient access for assembling a wide range of hydraulic hose and fitting combinations directly at the work site.
The machine delivers a powerful 137-tonne crimping force with a 1/4” to 1-1/4” crimping range. It can accommodate hydraulic hoses up to 1¼″ for 2-wire braid (2WB) and 4-wire spiral (4WS) applications, as well as industrial hoses up to 1½″, depending on the hose and fitting type.
The H CRIMP 137 uses 350-bar hydraulic technology, providing a robust and reliable operating system. An audio-visual signal assists the operator during the crimping process, while the large opening and compact head make hose positioning and assembly easier.
With a net weight of approximately 55 kg, compact dimensions of 480 × 250 × 340 mm, and optional accessories such as a hydro-pneumatic pump, quick-change gun, die storage panel, and specialized die sets, the H CRIMP 137 is well suited for mobile hydraulic service vehicles, maintenance teams, workshops, and on-site hose repair operations.
