The Techmaflex S DUO 30 is a compact, benchtop 2-in-1 hydraulic hose cutting and skiving machine designed for efficient preparation of hydraulic hose assemblies. The machine combines high-performance hose cutting with internal and external skiving operations, making it suitable for both starter and professional hydraulic hose workshops.
Equipped with a 300 mm scalloped cutting blade rotating at 3,000 rpm, the S DUO 30 provides clean and efficient hose cutting with minimal smoke. It can accommodate hoses with a maximum outside diameter of 85 mm and is suitable for hydraulic hoses up to 2″ for 2-wire braid (2WB), 4-wire spiral (4WS), and industrial applications, as well as up to 1¼″ for 6-wire spiral (6WS) hoses.
The machine features a 2.2 kW motor, electronic brake for safer operation, and a dust-free skiving system with integrated dust collection drawers. External skiving (ESE) and internal skiving (IS) tools can be selected according to the hose preparation required.
